Blake Partners
Blake Partners is a privately held, family-run owner and operator of New York commercial real estate. A firm site rather than a building site, built for the diligence look-up: a broker, bank or partner hears the name after an intro and needs to see a real firm with a real portfolio behind it. It leads with the buildings and the principals, and tells the firm's history through a scroll-driven map of everything Blake has owned in New York since the 1970s.
