After decades under management that did not take care of the building, it had a reputation problem. When Zar Property bought it they invested heavily in its redevelopment. The goal for this project was to bring the brand and marketing up to speed, and reintroduce 37E18 as the beautifully rebuilt, amenitized building that it is today.
