39 W 37 is a boutique 1930 building under active investment, in the commuter triangle between Penn Station, Grand Central and Port Authority. The site leads with what makes the building rare for its block: three sides of windows from the fifth floor up, and 6,300 SF boutique floor plates that divide below 3,000 SF. Built broker-first, with an interactive stacking plan, suite floor plans and a curated neighborhood map.
