This Privacy Policy explains how Trophy ("Trophy," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the trophy.inc website (the "Site") or contact us through it. Trophy is operated by Trophy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that builds AI systems and automations for Manhattan office firms.

This Policy covers the Site. It does not cover the systems and tools we provide to clients, wherever they are hosted. Information a client shares with us under a signed agreement is handled under that agreement.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you email or call us using the contact details on the Site, we collect the information you choose to share - such as your name, email address, company, phone number, and the contents of your message. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information you would not want us to retain.

When you register for a Trophy session or webinar, registration is handled by Luma, an event registration service. We receive the details you enter when you register, such as your name and email address. Sessions may be recorded, and the recording may be shared publicly.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies (such as browser storage), including:

  • your IP address and approximate location (such as city or region);
  • device and browser type, operating system, and screen settings;
  • the pages you view, links you click, files you download, and how you navigate the Site;
  • the website or source that referred you; and
  • the dates and times of your visits.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure traffic and show us how visitors use the Site.

The Site also loads content from other companies' services: fonts (Google Fonts and Fontshare), images (Sanity), maps (Mapbox), and embedded videos (YouTube). When your browser loads that content, the provider receives your IP address and basic device information. Some providers, such as YouTube and Mapbox, may also set their own cookies or store an identifier in your browser. For YouTube videos, these may include Google's advertising cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and can usually delete or block them. Some parts of the Site may not function properly if you disable cookies. The Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. For more on your choices, see "Your Choices and Rights" below.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • run the sessions you register for and follow up with you about them;
  • operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • understand how visitors find and use the Site, and measure the performance of our marketing;
  • send you communications about Trophy's services;
  • protect the security and integrity of the Site; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, including Vercel (website hosting), Sanity (website content and images), Google (analytics, email, fonts, embedded video, and online meetings), Luma (session registration), Quo (phone), Mapbox (maps), and Fontshare (fonts). They process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.
  • Professional and legal reasons - we may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trophy, our visitors, or others.
  • Business transfers - if Trophy is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Trophy places no advertising tags of its own on the Site. Embedded YouTube videos are served by Google and may load its advertising cookies, as described in Section 2.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy - for example, to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and meet legal requirements - after which we delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by contacting us at info@trophy.inc.

Analytics opt-out. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Cookies. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

California residents. If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information; and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 1 and include identifiers (such as name, email address, and IP address), internet and network activity, and approximate location information. We do not sell personal information for money. To limit what analytics and embedded third-party content collect, use the analytics opt-out and cookie controls above. 9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Visitors

Trophy is a United States company and the Site is intended for a U.S. audience. If you visit the Site or contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
