Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • your IP address and approximate location (such as city or region);
  • device and browser type, operating system, and screen settings;
  • the pages you view, links you click, and how you navigate the Site;
  • the website or source that referred you; and

Visitor identification through third-party technologies

We use third-party tools, including Rb2b (a service powered by Retention.com), that may identify visitors to the Site and associate site activity with a business email address and related professional information. Specifically:

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags) to operate the Site, measure traffic, understand how visitors use the Site, and support the visitor-identification and marketing activities described above. These include analytics cookies set by Google Analytics and cookies or similar technologies used by our visitor-identification partners.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and can usually delete or block them. Some parts of the Site may not function properly if you disable cookies. For more on your choices, see "Your Choices and Rights" below.

  • send you communications and marketing about Trophy's services, including to email addresses identified through the visitor-identification tools described above;
  • protect the security and integrity of the Site; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with:

  • Service providers and vendors that help us operate the Site and our business - including Webflow (website hosting), Google (analytics and email), and Rb2b / Retention.com (visitor identification and marketing) - which may process information on our behalf or, in the case of data partners, as described in this Policy.
  • Professional and legal reasons - we may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trophy, our visitors, or others.
  • Business transfers - if Trophy is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of analytics and visitor-identification technologies (including Rb2b / Retention.com) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state laws, including California law. You can opt out as described in "Your Choices and Rights" below.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy - for example, to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and meet legal requirements - after which we delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
