These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of trophy.inc and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Trophy ("Trophy," "we," "us," or "our"). Trophy is operated by Trophy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is the marketing website of Trophy, a commercial real estate marketing agency. It exists to present Trophy's services, portfolio, and related content. The Site does not offer accounts, purchases, or transactions; engagements with Trophy are governed by separate written agreements.

2. Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and view the Site for your own informational and business purposes. You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
