You have to be differentiated. You have to be unique in a market like New York City office

So many glass boxes you want to stand out and having a name is a big step

Towards that goal and then also when you're doing the brand when you're doing the website the marketing materials

You need something that is connected to the actual building. So leave your house has this beautiful green

Color and I think they did an amazing job

Putting that color to work in their brand in their material and I think it's just beautiful. So great job to everybody involved

Built 1958 renovated recently 2022. They've been able to achieve rents of over $200
